Do you require a deposit?

Yes. We require a non-refundable deposit payment upon booking. We are unable to hold merchandise until invoice payment is made. Unpaid invoices will be automatically cancelled 24 hours after issuance.

How do we proceed if we need to cancel?

If you need to cancel, please contact us within 7 days of the event. We will issue a voucher good for one year of reservation date. Please note that we do not refund the payments made.

What is the standard rental time?

Our prices include 24 hours of party rental equipment. If you need additional time, please ensure to request it in advance (additional charges may apply). 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit card companies and cash. Please note that if you are paying with cash you need to have the exact amount as our delivery drivers do not have change.

Is delivery included in the prices?

No. Please contact our office for a quote on standard delivery services at 832-680-4777. Our standard delivery is curbside delivery and pickup which are based on ground floor delivery. If rentals must be carried to other floors or to a specific area, additional charges may apply. Our personnel are trained to neatly stack all items in a convenient location. Curbside deliveries and pick ups are scheduled between our regular business hours. Please read the Delivery Information Section below for additional information.

Does the price include set up and tear down?

No. We charge an additional fee for set up and tear down. Call to request your quote.

DELIVERY INFORMATION - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

STANDARD CURBSIDE DELIVERIES

Our standard deliveries and pickup services are curbside drop-off and pickup. Curbside includes deliveries to commercial docks, residential garages, or driveways. There are extra charges if delivery or pickup location is specific (i.e. backyard, inside a home, location has multiple doors, is in excess of 100 ft of vehicle, or is other than ground level such as hills, fences, gates, elevator, stairs or obstacles).  


Our delivery staff is instructed to stack items in a mutually convenient place on delivery. 


Customers will be charged additionally for wait times, extra pickups, & for items not ready at pre-arranged time. 


Curbside deliveries and pickups are made at our convenience during normal business hours (M-F, 8AM-5PM). Please provide ALL time restrictions at time of reservation. We typically schedule everything as an ANYTIME delivery & an ANYTIME pickup. 

SPECIFIC TIME DELIVERY/PICK UP SERVICE (SS)

 We offer Specific Time Delivery/Pick Up Service (SS) for an additional fee


SS is considered any of the following situations: 


1) specific time during our office hours, 

2) specific time outside of our normal business hours (M-F, 8AM-5PM), 

3) weekend and holidays.

PARTY RENTAL EQUIPMENT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

Renters are responsible for items from the time of delivery until these items are returned. All rental items (including tables and chairs) need to be protected from the weather. Losses caused by negligence, improper use will incur an additional charge. 


PLEASE NOTE: Candle-wax will stain, melt, or burn linens. If linens are returned with wax damage, full replacement charges will apply. 


 ASK ABOUT THE PRICE FOR RENTAL EQUIPMENT INSURANCE! 


 Check and count ALL equipment upon delivery because the equipment will be your responsibility!
